It is London craft week and there is beautiful light that throws a magical golden hue across the nameplates of some of our beloved showrooms on Pimlico Road, moments from Chelsea Barracks.

In its eleventh year, each showroom becomes a living museum, displaying the highest level of craftsmanship that would otherwise be invisible to retail clients, celebrating the best of luxury interior design. Although London craft week runs through Mayfair, it is on Pimilco Road where all the excitement happens.

Some of our favorite suppliers and showrooms:

Edward Bulmer, wonderful paint company, have partnered with Soil Association offering a workshop and demonstration.

Soane Britain are hosting a talk, discussing sustainability as well as demonstration by one of their master weavers, educating on British craftsmanship of rattan weaving.

Collier Webb - in love with their portable lamps, great rechargeable lights that can be used to illuminate those dark corners.

Tom Faulkner - really admire distinctive silhouettes and use of fine materials. The Avalon table is truly special. The level of craftsmanship is second to none. Great to see this in production.

Jamb -  the fireplaces both antique and reproduction that covers Georgian and Regency periods are truly a thing of beauty.

JW Anderson is a recent addition to Pimlico road and look forward to exploring the creations.

This can easily become a full day event so I would add a break with yummy lunch from Daylesford Organic. The salads are delicious but the lemon driizzle cake, well thats a story for another day.
